The Red-billed Tropicbird is set to be featured on the currency of Bermuda. It occurs in the tropical Atlantic, eastern Pacific and Indian Oceans, feeding on fish and squid.
Pratt & Sons was probably the best known of the three most familiar taxidermy businesses in Brighton. This family business spanned at least three generations, and was begun by the brothers Henry and John Pratt in 1852, at 35 Duke Street. All Pratt case labels after 1895 describe the firm as 'Taxidermists to the Booth Museum'. This is because they prepared sixty-five of the cases that were added to the original collection, and A.F.Griffith, in a supplement to the museums Catalogue, acknowledges the skill and patience they expended on the work.
