William of Cullingford was one of the three Cullingford brothers who were responsible for some of the finest taxidermy produced during the latter part of the Victorian era. Cullingford cases are always of the box type, and are lacking in any simulated habitat, with a plain, scientific case which was adopted by most taxidermists from the North East Region of the UK.
